Stefano “Borrkia” Toncelli, Lapo Marliani, Mirko Rosi et Julián Corradini “Julico” retrouvent la scène canadienne ensemble, réunissant trois expériences de la musique italienne contemporaine aux fortes influences internationales.

Borrkia apporte son rock’n’roll italien, nourri par son expérience avec Il Maniscalco Maldestro et développé avec la Borrkia Big Band, entre rock’n’roll des années 1950, blues et chanson italienne.

Lapo Marliani et Mirko Rosi représentent I Matti delle Giuncaie, groupe emblématique de la Maremme toscane qui mélange folk, musique gitane, rock, chanson d’auteur et patchanka, avec une longue expérience des scènes italiennes, européennes et nord-américaines.

Julico, auteur-compositeur, guitariste et musicien italo-argentin, apporte quant à lui l'univers de La Terapia Latina, où se rencontrent chanson italienne, rythmes sud-américains et traditions latino-américaines. Fondateur de Turkish Café et lauréat de Musicultura 2015, il développe depuis longtemps une musique fondée sur le dialogue entre les cultures.

Trois univers musicaux, trois identités, un seul spectacle : rock’n’roll, folk, patchanka et musique latine se rencontrent autour de la langue italienne, dans un concert énergique et profondément métissé.

Stefano “Borrkia” Toncelli, Lapo Marliani, Mirko Rosi, and Julián Corradini “Julico” return to the Canadian stage together, bringing together three distinct takes on contemporary Italian music—all with strong international influences.

Borrkia contributes his brand of Italian rock ’n’ roll—honed through his work with Il Maniscalco Maldestro and developed with the Borrkia Big Band—blending 1950s rock ’n’ roll, blues, and the Italian *canzone* tradition.

Lapo Marliani and Mirko Rosi represent I Matti delle Giuncaie, an iconic band from Tuscany’s Maremma region. With extensive experience performing across Italy, Europe, and North America, they blend folk, Gypsy music, rock, singer-songwriter styles, and *patchanka*.

Julico—an Italian-Argentine singer-songwriter, guitarist, and musician—brings the world of *La Terapia Latina*, where Italian song meets South American rhythms and Latin American traditions. A founder of Turkish Café and winner of the 2015 Musicultura award, he has long cultivated a musical style rooted in cross-cultural dialogue.

Three musical worlds, three identities, one show: rock ’n’ roll, folk, *patchanka*, and Latin music converge around the Italian language in an energetic, deeply eclectic concert.
